We’re thrilled to welcome Rohan to Eat Sleep Ride!

Developing Future-Ready Leaders Through Equine-Based Learning
We're thrilled to be working with Rohan , a passionate and insightful intern from the University of Aberdeen, who has been supporting the development of our new Equine-Based Leadership Program here at Eat Sleep Ride.
Through this internship, Rohan has explored how our nature-based approach can support key leadership skills including emotional intelligence, adaptability, communication, and confidence—all through hands-on experience with horses.
Their research identified a real demand for innovative, experiential learning across industries such as healthcare, finance, technology, and education. With stats showing that 71% of employees don’t trust their leaders and only 5% of companies fully implement leadership development programs, it’s clear the time is right for a different approach.
Equine-based learning offers a unique path forward—and we’re excited to continue shaping this programme to help people thrive.
