Family friendly, pay as you feel fun filled community wellness event.Through out the day their will be a bouncy castle , local traders selling handmade gifts & food options such as gluten free, homemade ice cream.

Our FREE workshops commence at 12pm & live music at 1pmGates open at 11 45 for workshops, times below if you are interested please get in touch for more information & to give us a rough idea of numbers, yoga mats will be provided you are welcome to bring your own

12: Connecting wisdom and power in your heart - Breath focussed heart connection followed by open eyed mantra mediation
12 30: Yoga for beginners-Insightful, enjoyable and enjoyable Ashtanga
1: Connection to breath-Guided meditation and Kundalini meditation
1 30: Nutrition with Midi, Moods and Food

Live Music begins at 1pm & their is something suitable for everyone in the families music taste including interactive music, rock & roll, blues, electro pop , folk & jazz. Musicians are a mix of local and youth performers

1 15: Katies Music sessions, interactive kid friendly musical performance with tales of sleepy dormouse, dragons and fire
2: Cardiac Arrest, local youth band from East Lothian taking us back to the 80s and 90s
2 40: Laid Back, local band playing a range of 60s and 70s covers
3.10: Dialogic, neo 80s pop rock
3 40: IFUNK, Bruno FK and Phil, funky chunk jacking house and soul
4 15: Aint done yet, local Blues and Grooves
5: The Victor Pope Band, premiere post punk
6: Sunbelly, local chilled and fun loving blues band
6 45: Aino Elina, ethereal electric indie pop to bounce and float along to
7 30: DJ sets from Ifunk, Jess and Phil
