Eat Sleep Ride is a registered charity based in rural East Berwickshire, offering equine-assisted learning, youth leadership programmes, and outdoor wellbeing experiences for those facing barriers in life.
We’ve joined the Grassroots Sport Lottery to raise vital funds for our animals and youth programmes. Every ticket purchased helps us:
- Give extra care to horses who support mental health therapy
- Offer free riding sessions to young people from low-income families
- Provide volunteering and leadership opportunities for isolated or neurodiverse youth
- Keep our community play and sensory areas inclusive and accessible
