A whole day on the hill for the family this Halloween — horses, hawks and a hillside full of pumpkins.

A live birds of prey display with flying hawks, and the chance to meet the birds up close. Pony rides through the day. A pumpkin trail around the farm. Spooky stories in the yurt. A fire pit with hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows. And fancy dress prizes for kids, adults and ponies.

Come for an hour or stay all day. All ages welcome.

Saturday 31 October 2026, 11am–4pm. The hawks fly at [time] — we'll confirm nearer the day.

Accessibility

Quarry Farm is an off-grid working farm on a hillside, with uneven ground, gravel paths and steps in places. We have an accessible toilet on site. If anyone in your party has additional needs, let us know when you book and we'll help plan the day — quieter spots away from the crowd, a place to sit by the fire, or help getting round.

What to bring

Wellies, warm layers, a waterproof, and a torch for the walk back to the car. Costumes very welcome — but ones you can walk up a hill in.
